‘The View’ co-hosts get into heated back-and-forth over whether they should panic over Trump’s plans

Whoopi Goldberg and Ana Navarro clashed on Monday's segment of “The View” about President-elect Donald Trump and whether we should panic about his plans ahead of Inauguration Day.

“All we have to do from now until January 21st is be with our families, be with our kids, work, make sure our checks don't bounce, take care of ourselves. and take care of his family, whatever he is. But take our word for it, because even though they didn't come for Hillary, he has others who are ready. Let’s go out and do what they want to do,” Goldberg said.

The co-hosts discussed President Trump's interview with NBC News' Kristen Welker and recent appointments.

“Last week I said I disagree with you because we can afford to say that because it's legal. We're successful. We're successful. Even if you're an illegal immigrant in the country, you're not.'If you're a woman who works at the Department of Defense, you have every right to panic,' Navarro responded.

Goldberg interjected again and said, “Anna, you tell people not to worry.”

When Goldberg asked Goldberg, “Do you think people aren't ready? They are,” Navarro replied, “I'm telling people to be ready.” “Yo, Whoopi,” he replied.

“With winter approaching, it means they can't relax and enjoy Christmas,” Navarro added.

“Sorry, winter is here. Winter has been with us. What I'm saying is, even if you lie down and do nothing for the next 15 days, you can spend the next four or two years scrambling. It's okay,” Goldberg said.

Navarro continued to insist that they were in a privileged position and that other Americans were not.

Mr. Goldberg told Mr. Navarro to “calm down.”

“I'm on his enemies list, but I'm not panicking. We just have to live. This is the United States of America,” co-host Alyssa Farrah Griffin chimed in. .

Goldberg added, “We don't know what we're panicking about. They're throwing 50,000 things at you to get you to do this. What I'm saying is, don't buy into it. ,” he said.

Goldberg warned her co-hosts to stop panicking at the end of November.

“I'm not going to waste a lot of time wondering what he's going to do. I'm going to — I'm going to wait. Because we need to see what it does,''' Goldberg said.

Navarro also disagreed with her on the November episode, saying, “I'm not going to wait and see.”
