Images from Tuesday showed Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) in a wrist brace, bruises on his hands and bandages on his fingers and face.
Mr. McConnell, 83, fell again this week, continuing a pattern that raises alarm in 2023.
According to Breitbart News, the horrifying incident occurred after he addressed a group at the Senate Republican Conference's weekly Tuesday luncheon.

He made veiled remarks regarding his new role at MAGA on Saturday.
“In the party that President Ronald Reagan once led so effectively, it has become increasingly fashionable to suggest that the kind of global leadership he modeled is no longer the place for America,” he said. said.
“Let me be clear: America will not be made great again by people who are content to deal with America's decline,” he said in a veiled criticism of MAGA.
