The unidentified woman ended up at VMA after party after attempting to gain entry to an awards ceremony at Radio City Music Hall, according to court documents.
“I made some mistakes.”
On Friday, Jay-Z released a statement with the outlet continuing to silence Jane Doe's allegations against him.
“Even though this incident never happened, he took it to court and doubled down on it in the press,” Jay-Z said of Tony Buzbee, one of the women's attorneys. “True justice is coming. We don't fight to win, we fight for victory. This was over before it began. This 1-800 lawyer doesn't realize it yet, but soon.”
The lawsuit accuses Jay-Z and Diddy of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000, Fox News Digital previously confirmed. Before Jay-Z's name was even mentioned, he received a demand letter, presumably intended for settlement.

Buzbee issued a statement to the media saying he will continue to fight for his client.
“Jane Doe's case was referred to our office by someone else and was reviewed before being forwarded to our office,” he said in a statement. “Our client continues to insist that, to the best of her recollection, what she has said is true. We continue to review her claims and gather supporting data to the extent that it exists. As we interrogated her diligently, she agreed that “no client was ever offered to submit to a polygraph.''
“In any case, we always do our best to review every claim filed, as in this case. This was extremely distressing for her and she suffered from seizures due to stress. ” Buzbee concluded.
Jay-Z's lawyer Alex Spiro released a statement to NBC News. “It is astonishing that the attorney not only brought such serious charges without proper investigation, but also sought to make matters worse by further spreading this false story to the press. We are asking the court today to dismiss this frivolous lawsuit, and we intend to take up this case.'' It is a matter of additional disciplinary action against Mr. Buzbee and all of the attorneys who filed the complaint. ”
