Apple reportedly has foldable and skinny iPhone models in the pipeline

Apple is reportedly working on a thinner iPhone model and a foldable iPhone model.

The tech giant is working on launching two new designs in the next few years, with a skinny device targeted for 2025 and a flip phone that could arrive a year or so later, according to Wall Street.・The Journal reported. reported on Sundaysaid, citing an anonymous source.

The thin iPhone will reportedly be less than 8 millimeters thick. According to the report, less complex cameras may also be included.

The paper says the thin device is aimed at appealing to people in the market for an iPhone that costs less than the high-end models made by Apple.

Apple's iPhone 16 Pro costs $999, while the Pro Max has a starting price of $1,199.

Meanwhile, the planned foldable iPhone could exceed the dimensions available for the iPhone 16 Pro Max's screen, The Journal reports.

According to an Apple press release, the iPhone 16 Pro Max features a 6.9-inch screen, making it the “largest iPhone display ever.”
