A bizarre video shows the moment a bigoted firebug sets his clothes on fire and runs off after clumsily setting a portable toilet on fire outside a Long Island home over the weekend.

Police said the firebug started blazing from a portable toilet outside a home on Sprucewood Drive in Levittown.
According to the video, the arsonist fled with his clothes on fire.

A one-minute video released Wednesday by Nassau County police shows flames shooting from a portable toilet installed on the front lawn of a home on Sprucewood Drive in Levittown around 4:30 a.m. Saturday. is reflected.

A goofy arsonist emerges from a burning outdoor bathroom, apparently realizing that his clothes have caught fire.

However, the arsonist apparently was unable to extinguish the flames and fled with either the soles of his pants or shoes still ablaze.

Authorities say the man jumped out of the victim's driveway and fled eastbound on Sprucewood Drive.

The Wantagh Fire Department was called to the scene and extinguished the fire, and there were no reports of injuries.

Police said the portable toilet was badly burnt and only minor damage remained to the house.
