President-elect Donald Trump has vowed to pursue the death penalty for all “violent rapists and murderers.”

On Tuesday, President Trump posted on Truth Social condemning President Joe Biden's decision to commute the sentences of nearly all federal death row inmates.

“Immediately after taking office, I will direct the Department of Justice to vigorously advance the death penalty to protect American families and children from violent rapists, murderers, and monsters. and become a country of order!'' he posted.

Another post criticized Biden for commuting the death sentences of 37 convicted murderers.

President Trump posted, “It makes no sense.” “Relatives and friends are even more devastated. They can't believe this is happening!”

On Monday, Biden announced that he would commute the sentences of 37 of the 40 federal death row inmates to life in prison without parole, saying he was “guided by my conscience and my experience as a public defender.”
