Adams was listed as likely not to practice.
Adams, who turned 32 on Tuesday, finished Sunday's game against the Rams.
He had seven catches for 68 yards and one touchdown.
Quarterback Aaron Rodgers participated fully in practice.
Rodgers has been dealing with a knee injury, but said Tuesday he will definitely play in Sunday's game against the Bills.

Cornerback Sauce Gardner, who left Sunday's game with a hamstring injury, would not practice.
CB Michael Carter II (back), DE Brayden McGregor (ankle), RT Morgan Moses (knee), and RG Aliyah Vera Tucker (ankle) were also listed as absent.
S Tony Adams (ankle), DE Haason Reddick (neck), LG John Simpson (calf) and DT Quinnen Williams (hamstring) were listed as limited participants.
This is a positive sign for Williams, who missed last week's game.
