Canadian actress and model Dale Haddon has died. She was 76 years old.
Haddon's cause of death is suspected to be carbon monoxide poisoning, police in Solebury Township, Pennsylvania, confirmed to FOX News Digital.
The leak appears to have been caused by a water heater or boiler, and police are calling it a “tragic accident.''
