Walmart delivery driver caught masturbating in woman’s driveway after dropping off groceries: Lawsuit

A Walmart delivery driver masturbated in a South Carolina woman's driveway after delivering a grocery order to her home earlier this year, according to a new lawsuit.

According to an arrest report from the Horry County Sheriff's Office. recordAlvin Brian Ortiz, 39, was arrested and charged on July 9 at 12:42 p.m. Ortiz was charged with indecency. He was released from the J. Reuben Long Detention Center the next day on $2,500 bail.

The suspect yelled, “I'm coming back to fuck you all” before driving away, according to the complaint.

The lawsuit was filed Dec. 19 in Horry County Common Pleas Court against Ortiz, Walmart Inc., doing business as Spark Delivery, and Walmart Stores East. news nation Reported.

The plaintiff, who identified herself as “Jane Doe,” claimed that Ortiz masturbated in her car parked in her driveway after delivering groceries to her home.

Ortiz dropped off the delivery order at the woman's front door shortly after 9 a.m. on July 8, according to the complaint.

Ortiz returned to his car in the driveway and remained inside for 10 to 15 minutes, according to the complaint. The woman allegedly went to see why the man was still at her home, and Jane Doe said she found him with his pants down and that he was pleasuring her.

Ms Dou reportedly rushed back to the house and took her young children to a hiding place inside the house. The complaint states the woman contacted a neighbor about the situation.

A neighbor confronted Ortiz in the woman's driveway, and Ortiz panicked and pulled his pants back up, police said.

The neighbor and Ortiz began arguing, police said. The suspect yelled, “I'm coming back to fuck you all” before driving away, according to the complaint.

The woman called police, and investigators contacted the Walmart where Ortiz worked.

Ortiz was arrested the next day.

The complaint alleges that the woman “suffered injuries and damages, including past and future mental pain and suffering, mental, emotional, and psychological damage, and loss of enjoyment of life.”

The lawsuit accuses Walmart of failing to conduct a proper background check on Ortiz to ensure he did not pose a threat. The lawsuit also claimed that Walmart should be held accountable for the actions of its employees while on the job.

Mr. Doe is seeking a jury award for past and future medical expenses.

“The safety of our employees and customers is always our top priority,” the statement said. “We are reviewing the complaint and plan to respond appropriately to the court.”
