Jabbar struggled to find himself throughout his life, his half-brother told Fox News. He said his half-brother served in the military to “find something, set things straight, get grounded and maybe find a viable career path.”
After Jabbar's divorce, his brother said he was “looking for some kind of guidance in life.”
His half-brother claimed the attack was due to radicalization and said there were no warning signs before the attack. He also expressed his condolences.
