Eric Swalwell's wife seen not wearing her wedding ring

Brittany Swalwell, the wife of former Congressman Eric Swalwell, was seen without her wedding ring close to their $1.2 million home in Washington, D.C. Her husband’s location is currently unknown.

This sighting comes after Eric Swalwell faced accusations of sexual assault and harassment, which led to the abrupt end of his political career last month. Brittany was expected to be alone and without her ring in light of these events.

The last time Swalwell publicly addressed the allegations was on April 10, during a video posted on social media where he defended himself against the claims of sexual misconduct.

In that video, he called the accusations “absolutely false,” but also offered a vague apology to his wife of nine years, mentioning “misjudgments in my past.” He expressed remorse for putting her in a difficult situation.

It’s worth noting that the video was filmed at the mansion of billionaire Steve Krubeck in Beverly Hills. Following the incident, Krubeck reportedly ended Swalwell’s stay, citing a betrayal of trust.

Krubeck, the former CEO of Diamond Resorts International, was later arrested on a felony charge related to attempting to dissuade a victim or witness from testifying in the case.

Public statements regarding the situation have mainly come through Swalwell’s lawyers, including Sara Azhari, whom he reportedly hired using funds from litigation.

Azhari made headlines for her comments about Swalwell’s accuser and emphasized that “regret is not rape.”

Brittany was recently spotted at Mexico’s Los Cabos International Airport after a week-long vacation at an exclusive resort. She and Eric have three children together.

As Swalwell faces criminal investigations in Los Angeles and Manhattan over the allegations, it’s been reported that he continues to communicate with former staff members on Snapchat.

He allegedly reached out to a former intern, questioning why the intern took screenshots of their discussions, as noted by the New York Times.
