The New Orleans Saints have pledged to donate $1 million to relief efforts for victims of the New Year's Day terrorist attack in the French Quarter.
A man drove a white pickup truck with an ISIS flag at dangerous speeds down Bourbon Street, killing 14 people and injuring dozens more.
The French Quarter is less than three miles from Caesars Superdome, where the Saints play their home games.

The Sugar Bowl, which was played at Saints Stadium, was postponed for one day because of the attack. The stadium was filled with tight security, but that didn't stop fans from flocking to the stadium.
After the national anthem, there was a chant of “USA!” A moment of silence for the victims rang out from the crowd, which preceded the singing of the national anthem.

The Saints played their final home game of the season on December 29th. They will end the season in Tampa Bay against the Buccaneers.
