An East Harlem man has been charged with second-degree murder and assault after allegedly fatally stabbing a teenage boy during a heated argument in Manhattan, police said.
The violence began shortly after 6 p.m. near East 108th Street and Second Avenue, where police say two men and a teenage boy were arguing about an unknown topic when the altercation turned physical. It is said that it has become something.

Authorities said Saul Sanchez, 62, is suspected of fatally stabbing Carlos Rivas in the chest and lower abdomen. Rivas, 17, later died from his injuries at Harlem Hospital.
A third man, 22, was stabbed in the left arm, and Sanchez, 62, suffered a cut on his forehead. Both men were taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
Sanchez was also charged with weapons possession and was arrested Saturday.
