$150,000 Bitcoin Price Is ‘Tall Ask,’ Warns Trader Who Nailed BTC Bull Run – The Daily Hodl

A high-profile trader known for getting into the Bitcoin (BTC) bull market early on is warning that the current market cycle is probably already too long.

In a new strategy session on YouTube, a pseudonymous trader known as DonAlt tells his 65,000 subscribers that a BTC price target above $150,000 may be too strong.

Don Alto also said he expects the market cycle to end in the coming months, rather than targeting a peak in late 2025 as some analysts have predicted.

“I want to see the last leg in everything. Like an aggressive last leg. I think Bitcoin liking $150,000 is already a high ask. If everything goes wrong, It will probably double, but I don't think it will go over $200,000 this cycle. I think $150,000 is already a significant amount. [could go] If it goes really well, another 10-20-30-40-50%. At that point, I think you're extending it. And $100,000 is already basically the most reasonable goal, and anything else is a little more aggressive.

I hope that at the end of it there will be a bit of altcoin rotation. My heart seems to be in it, but well, this time it's hard to predict. In terms of time, I think it will take at most two to three months for this cycle to end.

I could be wrong, so let's see what happens. ”

At the time of this writing, Bitcoin is trading at $94,586.
