The concert will be held at the brand new Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. A source told TMZ Organizers are also considering moving the event to the Kia Forum just down the street.

The forum's huge size may be better suited to the large number of participants that organizers are expecting, officials said.

According to TMZ, there are likely only 24 spots available on the lineup, even though more than 50 artists have expressed interest in participating. Organizers are looking to add more slots to meet overwhelming demand.
