One of the four former Minneapolis police officers convicted in connection with George Floyd's death has been released.
On Wednesday, 31-year-old J. Alexander Kueng emerged free from FCI Elkton. FCI Elkton is a low-security federal prison located in Lisbon, Ohio.
In October 2022, Kueng pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter for his role in Floyd's death. Mr. Quyen was subsequently sentenced to three and a half years in prison. in prisonhe is now officially serving his term.
