Philadelphia mayor Cherelle Parker speaks out on Eagles spelling blunder

Philadelphia Mayor Sherrell Parker is aware of the viral video of the Eagles' botched chant before Philadelphia's 28-22 victory over the Rams in last Sunday's NFC Divisional Round game.

Parker misspelled “Eagles” by chanting “ELGSES Eagles!” He was severely criticized for his failure.

The story reached 106.7 on local radio station The Fan in Washington, D.C., which sold T-shirts in Commanders colors with the message “FLY ELGSES FLY.”
