Sergio Cabello, Jordan Sanchez, Bastian Morales and Alexander Huykil Chavez were charged with participation in a criminal organization following a Jan. 10 traffic stop for allegedly improperly changing lanes. He was charged with being a felon in possession of criminal tools.
Video released Wednesday by the Ohio State Highway Patrol showed one of the individuals wearing a Bengals hat as the officer approached the vehicle to speak with the occupants.

The approximately 21-minute video also shows officers pulling the driver out of the car and having a conversation with him after smelling marijuana in the vehicle.
Police smelled weed and searched the vehicle, where authorities found a designer bag and a suitcase containing an LSU T-shirt.
Officers also found a window puncher wrapped in a towel in the glove box.
Body camera footage showed the men telling the officer they were on their way to Florida at the time of the stop.
Burrow's home was burglarized in December while the Bengals star was on the field playing against the Cowboys.
A police report revealed that Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Olivia Ponton was at the home and called 911 to report the break-in.
Ms. Barrow expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of privacy that occurred following the robbery.
“I feel like my privacy has been invaded in so many ways, and I feel like there's so much more out there already than I would like to share that I feel like it's being violated in so many ways.” That’s all I have to say about it,” he said at a press conference in December.
