An Ohio mother of two is speaking out after receiving vicious death threats both in person and on social media over a viral video that painted her as a “racist.” “
Michelle Bishop spoke to Fox News Digital about a situation involving her neighbor Damikael Jenkins. The house he pulled into.
The exchange went viral on social media, with news reports label her Bishop bitterly contests as “Karen” assumes that Jenkins is a threat simply because of his race.
Bishop told Fox News Digital that the incident in question began on a cold November night in Delaware County, Ohio, when she was taking her young daughter and son for a jog to look at Christmas lights. A car with headlights on drove behind them as they walked down an unlit street in the dark, he said.

Bishop then explained that she moved the children to the sidewalk, but the car did not pass her “in a timely manner” and the driver began asking her questions.
“I didn't answer, I went in — I said to my daughter, 'Walk down this driveway, turn here, don't look back at the truck,' and we pulled into the driveway and walked onto the porch. I went to the doorbell and rang the doorbell,” Bishop said.
“Nobody answered at that point. The truck was backing into the driveway. He stayed in the truck. I couldn't see him and at that point I looked in the driveway and said, 'This is… Is this your house?” And he said, “Yes, I don't believe that.” I was in a complete panic and just trying to protect my child. ”
In fact, Bishop tried to find shelter in a house belonging to Jenkins. Ring doorbell footage captures Jenkins telling her she doesn't believe he lives there before running to a nearby home and screaming for help.
Later footage shows Bishop telling Jenkins that he “scared the crap out of her” and that she was “caught off guard.” Jenkins told Bishop that he was not following her and was only admiring the Christmas lights.

I don't know what they're up against. I can't talk. He really understands that, like I said, there was a massive misunderstanding and if given the opportunity, I would like to reconcile that relationship.”
