Lutnick says he won’t dismantle NOAA as called for in Project 2025

The choice of President Trump led by the Ministry of Commerce has guaranteed a member of the Senator on Wednesday that it will not dismantle the national climate, ocean, and meteorological agencies mainly in generous confirmation hearing.

Senator Maria Kantwell (D-Wash) asked Commerce's nominated Howard Lutonic to see if he wanted to dissolve the Division's Division of the Ocean Office (NOAA).

“I'm not interested in separating it. It's not my agenda,” Lutonic said.

Sue as Senator Brian Shawaz (D-Hawaii), Lutnick, NOAA should be “dismantled” and some of the tasks should be privatized. I asked if I agreed to the proposal of Project 2025.

LUTNICK said “No,” he doesn't agree with those suggestions.

No Democratic members asked Lutnick to the climate science of government agencies and whether scientific perfection would be protected.

During the hearing, Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) criticized the National Institute for Standards in the National Institute of Standards under the Biden administration to include climate change information in human engineering guidance.

When Rutonic asked if the agency guarantee that the agency guidance is “based on scientific technical standards, not a troyal horse for importing social policy and the import of the EU technology agenda”. I answered positively.
