DC mayor: 'Certainly a conversation to be had' about National Airport traffic

Mayor Washington DC, Muriel Bowser, said on Thursday, MSNBC stated that traffic at Ronal Dragan Washington National Airport was certainly needed.

“I had a question about the level of congestion at Reagan National Airport. One of the busiest airports in Japan. Should I take measures to reduce air traffic in that area?” I asked Bowser

“Well, I think [that’s] Certainly there is a conversation. It is discussed almost every year about adding slots here. I think it's another day's conversation, but it's our attention, “Koppa said.

On Wednesday night, a collision occurred between the Army Black Hawk Helicopter and the American Airport near the National Airport. Authorities have stated that there is no survivor of CRASH in the Washington metropolitan area, stating that at least 28 bodies were collected at 8:00 am local time.

“This airport treats many people from all over the country … it's from all over the world, and we want it to continue to happen,” said Koppa. “But we know that all Americans, flying masses, and families who have lost their loved ones need the answer.”

The famous “Hudson Miracle” pilot Chestley “Sally” Salenberger told the New York Times on Wednesday that many of the national airport technology was “old”.

According to Virginia history websiteIn the late 1930s, the construction of a national airport was started.

“It's not much different since then,” Salemberger said. “Of course, we have added technology, but many technologies are old.”

President Trump said the Crash drop on Wednesday should have been “prevented.”

“The plane was on the perfect and everyday approach to the airport,” the President posted to the true society. “The helicopter was going straight on an airplane for a long time.”

“It was a sunny night, the light of the plane was burning up. Why did the helicopter go up or down or rotate? Why the control tower did not ask if I saw an airplane. He didn't tell the helicopter what to do, “he continued. “This is a bad situation that seems to have been prevented. It's not good !!!”

The Metropolitan Washington Airport Bureau states a “no comment” in an email to the hill.
