The White House does not eliminate the possibility that President Trump will attend a dinner (WHCD) of a correspondent in the spring of the spring.
“I have a president's invitation on the desk. I have an invitation on my desk. I don't talk to the president about it,” said the spokeswoman, Colorin Liberit. Tell the reporters when asked about dinner this year.
“When he makes his decision, I will tell you everything,” she continued. “But it's definitely an interesting choice for comedians. I talk to my boss and see what we decided.”
The White House Correspondents' Association announced earlier this week that comedian Amber Raffin will serve as a celebrity for dinner in April.
Raffin has enjoyed the President in the past, saying “I have news for you,” a late -night writer and CNN's comedy news program with NBC's Seth Meyers.
Trump defeated a tradition to go back to some administration because he did not attend the WHCD during his first term. Biden has participated in all four years he has been appointed.
