Trump unloads on CBS after network releases transcript of Harris interview

President Donald Trump responded to the release of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) full transcript from an October interview with then-President Vies Kamala Harris, and the outlet said the outlet had “scammed the public.” “He insisted.

“CBS and 60 minutes have scamned the public by doing something they've never seen before. They have 100% removed the answers to Kamala's horrible election-changing questions, and have completely eliminated them. It replaced it with a different, and much better answer. From another part of the interview, Trump wrote about the true society on Thursday.

“It was “things” that changed elections, election interference, and very simply election fraud at levels that we've never seen before. CBS should lose their licenses, all the scammers in 60 minutes have been dumped, and this unsatisfied 'news' show needs to end soon,” he continued.

The FCC released an unedited transcript and video taken over by CBS News on Wednesday for a “60-minute” interview with Harris a few weeks before the 2024 presidential election.

The '60 min' transcript at Trump's Litigation Center against CBS is essential for investigation, FCC Chair says

Raw transcript CBS News showed that in a preview clip aired on “Face the Nation,” it only aired the first half of her responses to the question of “60 minutes” correspondent Bill Whitaker about Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Only the second half of her response during the Prime Time Special.

“However, it appears that Prime Minister Netanyahu hasn't heard,” Whitaker said in an October 2024 interview. “The Wall Street Journal said your administration has been repeatedly blinded by Netanyahu, and in fact he has rejected almost all of your administration's pleading.”

FCC Chair Brandon Kerr said it would be difficult to explain what CBS News behaves.

“It's difficult to explain what CBS behaviour is,” Carr told Fox News Digital. “On the other hand, CBS quickly released an unedited transcript of a recent interview with Vice President Vance. However, for several months they refused to release it with Vice President Harris.”
