Alex Soros admits he’s more powerful than elected officials

Alex Soros, who runs the Open Society foundation of his father George Soros, says he has no interest in running for public office despite his strong desire to influence policy.

His reasoning? He already holds a “more impactful position.”

And he's right.

Financial Times journalist Roula Khalaf asked Soros about his political ambitions in extensive interviews.

“Would I run for the office?” Soros said. “I won't rule out anything, but it's hard to see that I'm not in a position of impact now.”

My new book, “Woketopus: A dark money cobalt operating the federal governmentSoros explains exactly why.

Woketopus doesn't go anywhere. Soros is one of the main moves.

Major donors like Alex Soros detail how they fuel the vast left-wing impact network that I call “woketopus.” Here's how it works: Wealthy foundations such as Open Society Foundation are part of the Dark Money Network, which includes secret funders like nonprofits established by Arabella Advisors. These donors bankroll into a system of awakening for nonprofits that put activists in administrative states.

These groups shape policies by drafting early versions of regulations that federal agencies will later adopt, beyond bureaucratic staffing.

The competitive Enterprise Institute's annual report, “10,000 Order,” highlights, so 438 federal agencies issue far more regulations than Congress would pass the law.

Woketopus cements its radical agenda by infiltrating federal agencies and embedding policy recommendations. In many cases, they completely bypass Congress. Sometimes, as can be seen under Joe Biden, bureaucracy is more closely aligned with Woketops than with Presidents.

President Donald Trump has returned to his urgent, oval office and issued a wave of executive orders to dismantle the eye-wake ideology within the federal government. He excluded bureaucracy Diversity, Equity and Inclusive Equipmenthas been deleted Gender ideology Federal government policies overturn Biden's ban on offshore oil drilling Unleashing American energyand more.

But as Trump enacts these changes, some of the federal officials are mobilised against him. recently Napolitan News poll survey 64% of DC-based federal employees who voted for Kamala Harris said they would refuse to implement the Trump order if it was deemed a “bad policy.”

It's not hard to imagine Trump being considered a “bad policy” for officials who voted for Harris and have ties to a nonprofit funded by Soros' Open Society Foundation.

The Financial Times did not specify when Soros spoke out, but the left-wing donor admitted that he may have “overdoed” social media activities during the 2024 presidential election.

If Soros believes he holds a “more shocking position” than he holds in Congress, his influence will persist despite Trump's opposition to the policies he supports. It shows that.

My book details a vast network of nonprofits funded by Open Society Foundations and other left-wing dark money groups. Woketopus includes climate activist organizations such as the Natural Resources Defense Council, the Sierra Club and the National Wildlife Federation.

It also funds open border-promoting groups, such as the American Civil Liberties Union and the Center for Progress in America. He also supports activist LGBTQ organizations such as the Human Rights Campaign, which compares mainstream conservative groups with Ku Klux Klan and the Southern Poverty Law Center.

One example highlights the revolving door of Woketopus and where activists land when they leave the administrative state.

Tracy Stone Manning, who admitted to writing letters on behalf of ecoterrorists who spiked trees, worked for the activist group The National Wildlife Federation before Biden appointed her to lead the Bureau of Land Management. . After Trump won in November, another group of environmental activists, the Wilderness Association, announced Stonemanning as the next president.

Stone-like bureaucrats treat these activist organisations as governments in exile, waiting for the next Democratic administration to return them to power.

Meanwhile, other bureaucrats are digging in. While many have refused to follow legal Trump orders, others have begun to change the title of their jobs to eliminate the mention of “diversity, equity, and inclusion.”

Trump has made great strides, but Alex Soros is not worried about losing his influence. Woketopus doesn't go anywhere. Soros is one of the main moves.
