Texas man whose 13-year-old victim was saved by a ‘help me’ sign learns his fate

A Texas man lures a 13-year-old girl who was saved only when she saw a good Samaritan having a “help” sign in the back of the car and at the back of the bar to repeatedly rape You'll spend decades.
