On Tuesday, the federal appeals court dismissed the charges against President Trump's former co-defendants, ending a confidential document case that began in South Florida almost two years ago.
The Atlanta-based U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit abandoned the charges against Trump's Barrett Walt Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira.
The order of dismissal was filed more than three weeks later, after the Justice Department demanded that the legal challenge be concluded when it took office on January 20th.

Nauta was attacked by eight detectives and De Oliveira on four charges to make false statements and obstruct justice.
De Oliveira was also accused of removing security footage at Florida President Palm Beach. The resort shows a box of classified files that are being shifted from the eyes of federal authorities and Trump's lawyers.
