NOAA releases chilling audio of Titan submersible explosion

Newly released audio from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) audio recorder documented the creepy, suspected sounds of the Titan Submersible Ingorion in 2023.

The moored passive acoustic recorder was about 900 miles from the Titan submarine explosion site, according to the Department of Defense.

Audio recordings posted on the defense website on Friday allow listeners to hear what sounds static.

After a few seconds of reverb, the audio goes silent.

The tragedy occurred on June 18, 2023 when the ship moved to the Titanic site. It took less than two hours from that descent.

Five people have died, including British billionaire Hamish Harding and Oceangate co-founder and CEO Stockton Rushfather-son pairs Shahzada Dawood and Suleman Dawood, and French Mariner Paul-Henry Nargeolet.

The Titan crew relayed “All good” in one of the final messages before implosion, the U.S. Coast Guard reported.
