Trump says Russia agrees to ‘immediately’ begin negotiations to end war in Ukraine

President Donald Trump said there was a “long” call with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday. Putin includes agreeing to “quickly” start negotiations on the war in Ukraine.
