Fox Business' Edward Lawrence reported that Zelenskyy will review the proposal and respond when he meets Vice President JD Vance on Friday.
President Donald Trump sent Vance and Bescent to war-torn regions to end the conflict with Russia.
“This war must end soon, and there is too much death and destruction,” Trump posted to his True Society on Tuesday ahead of the meeting.

Over the past few years, Zelenskyy has visited the US and met with topwall street executives to discuss rebuilding the infrastructure in Ukraine. Fox Business first reported that companies, including JPMorgan and BlackRock, attended several meetings in 2023.
