Titan, 69, of Wall Street, and 36, a registered dietitian, got engaged in April 2023 after two and a half years of dating.
De Almeida said he wanted to start a family in August.

De Almeida holds a degree in Food & Nutrition Science, but is the founder of Effective Lifestyle, a health counseling company.
Famous for betting on the $20 billion housing market before the crash in 2008, Paulson is in the midst of a famous divorce from his ex-wife Jenny.
Paulson, the leading donor of Donald Trump, worth at least $4.7 billion, told us before. “Unfortunately, our marriage didn't go well. Divorce is common, but difficult. Alina and I are very happy together. I wish Jenny could find happiness too.”
