‘The Democratic Party Is Lost — They Got a Shellacking Last November’

On Wednesday, FNC's “Ingraham's Angle,” presidential candidate for 2024 and founding member of Doge, Vivek Ramaswamy, evaluated the Democrats' response to the early actions of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

Ramaswamy said he wasn't surprised, but he choked the Democratic Party's lack of policy vision in the wake of the 2024 election.

“Your involvement in Doge is well documented right now,” says host Laura Ingraham. “But are you surprised by the Democrats' reaction? We're lynoising this show all about lane resistance to this. You know, dictatorship, or Trump said this, or someone. I said they were Nazis, or I, they are taking food from babies and taking cancer treatments from medical patients. Is that the best they can do?”

“I'm not surprised,” replied Ramaswamy. “I think it's the best thing they can do right now. What I'm rooting for is Laura, a Democrat who actually has some kind of vision. That may not be the vision you and I agree with. But talk about how you dress up economic inequality and other substantive issues. It doesn't resort to calling the name of a standard fascist dictator, but we do not say that we are. It would be better at least for the country if you oppose the solution. It's just useless. Frankly, if you ask most Americans across the country, is there too much deficit in this country? , do you think there's too little deficit in this country? No one actually Democratic voter says that there's too little deficit. Many people are going to tell you that there's too much red tape. is.”

“So the fact that President Trump, Doge and Elon, and the whole new administration are focusing on cutting red tape is a good thing for both the American people and the economy, as it stimulates economic growth. I think so,” he continued. . “The Democrats are lost. They got shellac last November. In reality, they'd better look at themselves in the mirror and ask themselves what they really represent. I guess. What is their vision? Is it economic inequality? Is it something else? Understand that. Until then, calling a name is as flat as it should be. I think it's.'
