‘Consider Working Elsewhere:’ Meta Lays Down the Law to Woke Crybaby Leftists

Andrew Bosworth, famous progressive CTO of Mark Zuckerberg's meta, has told Crybaby's leftist workforce to consider adapting to the company's new policies or working elsewhere . When Meta cut off the DEI program and faced a whining response to employees saying they were going to remove tampons from the men's toilet, Bosworth retorted, “If you feel that way, you should stop.”

Business Insider Report In a recent exchange on Meta's internal workplace forum, Chief Technology Officer Andrew Bosworth faced criticism from employees about changes to the company's policy and impact on the LGBT community. The discussion held in the “Let's fix the meta” group revised the meta, which includes around 12,000 members, highlighting internal disputes and growing concerns about the company's direction.

The conversation was sparked by Bosworth's sharing an article about CEO Mark Zuckerberg's comments at the All-Hand Conference on January 30th. In his post, Bosworth expressed disappointment with the audio leaked from the meeting, saying he justified the company's decision to change the format. A Q&A session to crack down on leaks.

One employee commented on the post and criticised the company's recent actions, including removing tampons from men's toilets, cutting DEI programs, and internally limiting freedom of speech. In response, Bosworth takes a firm stance and says, “If your view is “everyone has to like all the policies we have, if it's not appropriate for them to leak, then you can I think we should consider working in a place.

Another employee agreed that the leak was counterproductive, but expressed concern about the employee's treatment and described the situation as a “face slap.” Bosworth replied, “If you feel that way, you should stop,” and expressed confusion over the suggestion that employees were being abused. He added that if employees oppose changes to the policy, they can either leave or “commit against it.”

The exchange highlighted the growing tension within the meta as employees work on recent policy changes and content moderation decisions. Several employees expressed concern about what they perceived as a leadership silence on “transphobic/homophobic policies,” and questioned where criticism was voiced when internal debates were discouraged did.
