CC Sabathia's son Carsten III crushed the towering home in the team's opening game on Friday night in his first season with the Houston Cougars.

His father was recently elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame.
The Sabathia Hall of Fame Plaque featured the Yankees hat, where he played the final 11 years of his legendary career.
“This is the home, the Bronx,” Sabathia said after the Hall of Fame election. “I found a home in the Bronx. I don't think I'll leave the city, so I think it's just right.”
Karsten III is the oldest of Sabathia's four children, his wife Amber.
He played high school ball at Bergen Catholic in New Jersey.
Last year, Carsten III appeared on nine plates at Georgia Tech and was a hit on .143/.222/.143.
The previous year he appeared on 11 plates, hitting .222/.364/.556 with .919 OPS and his other home runs.
Friday's game was the first game in Houston's three-game series against Minnesota.
Houston finished second in the Big 12 with a 26-28 overall record last year and 7-21 in the conference.
