Anti-Trump critics call for boycott against Airbnb after co-founder reportedly joins DOGE

Some anti-Trump critics have called for a boycott of Airbnb after the company's co-founder reportedly joined the government's accountability efforts led by tech billionaire Elon Musk.

Billionaire Joe Gebvia is about to sign on to the government's Ministry of Efficiency. New York Times. Gebvia is also an executive at Tesla, an electric vehicle company owned by Musk.

Opponents of Doge's efforts rushed to the X account owned by Elon Musk, complaining and calling for boycotts of services owned by those who line up closely with Doge.

The Times reported that Gebvia is a Democratic donor who has donated $200,000 each to the Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden campaigns, but has recently become a Republican for Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
