Playboy model Arianne Bellamar unexpectedly died of a heart attack in Nevada last December. She was 46 years old.
Bellamar's ex-husband Tanner Slaught announced her untimely death in a post on the model's Facebook page.
“It's very sad to be able to draw out the news that Arian passed away on December 20, 2024,” Surat posted on January 24.
“This incredible news is shocking, but since she was 46, I can assure you that we've confirmed this truth,” he added.
The Clark County Corner office obtained Bellamar's death report on Dec. 20, confirming that she died of a heart attack without providing more information. TMZ reported.
Surat, who shared his two daughters with Belamar, said the model's death was unexpected and caused a great financial burden on his family and himself.
“Her very early departure from this world caught everyone off guard and we weren't prepared for this,” Slaught said.

Outside of modelling the company founded by Hugh Hefner, Bellamar has appeared in several shows and films.
She is best known for portraying herself in an episode of the reality television show Beverly Hills Nanny.
Bellamar appeared in one episode of “The Millionaire Matchmaker” and “Gordon Ramsay's Hotel Hell.”
She also played obscure roles in Hollywood hits “The Suicide Squad” and “The Dankover Part III.”
Bellamar has appeared as an addition to HBO's “Entourage.”
She claimed that show star Jeremy Piven denounced sexual harassment Jeremy Piven and was obtained twice without her consent during the #MeToo movement.
After her accusations went viral, three more women made statements, accusing Piven of similar sexual harassment claims to be Bellamar. He later denied the claim.
