George Clooney calls on Biden to end the presidential election
All-Star panelists Aisha Hasney, Guy Benson and Jason Riley said Democrats and liberal celebrities have expressed concerns about President Biden's fitness and reelection campaign on the “special report.” We are discussing it.
Actor George Clooney admitted in an interview Thursday that the media failed to report on former President Biden's fitness and service abilities.
Clooney told Maureen Dowd of the New York Times that Biden was irresponsible to hide his “insufficient” and added that “in many ways the media dropped the ball.”
Reacting the moment former President Obama took Biden to the stage with a Los Angeles fundraiser in June, Clooney said, “I saw him for hours at the Kennedy Center, and I saw someone who wasn't that sharp.” He spoke. Dowd wrote that the experience left Clooney “gobsmack.”
“I've always liked Joe Biden, and I still like him,” he added.

Clooney also reflected why President Donald Trump won the election, pointing to Biden's message.
“It was awful to describe the Biden administration as a global economy where we were actually doing better than all the other G7 countries,” he said.
Biden's team did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.
The longtime liberal actor has specifically called for former President Biden to drop out in July, following the president's rough debate performance of Trump.
“It's devastating to say that, but Joe Biden, who I was with on a fundraiser three weeks ago, wasn't Joe's “Big F-ing contract” in 2010. He wasn't even Joe Biden in 2020. He was the same. We all witnessed this discussion,” Clooney, in his guest essay for the New York Times at the time, noting the Los Angeles June 2024 fundraiser.
After talking to Clooney in a Thursday article, Dowd explained, “People said they thought Obama was behind it, but Clooney did it despite being urged not to.”

Clooney also attacked Trump during the interview.
“I believe in the overall idea that the arc of history is bent towards justice and I know that I don't feel that way right now,” he told Dowd. “I think there will always be those pendulums. I think the first Trump election was the result of an eight-year black president.”
“The rules aren't counting anymore,” Clooney said of Trump. “It's like having your baby walk on the 405 highway in the afternoon.”
