There wasn't much booing though In the case of the Monday Canadian Anthem In Boston, before Team Canada defeated Team Finland to secure its position in the final, it was a Canadian crowd as Team USA didn't play Sweden until late that night.
But that wasn't the case Thursday. With Team USA facing Team Canada for the tournament title, American fans packed TD Garden.
The question is, will Americans be kind to respond to the championship game with the Canadian national anthem boo?

Of course, when the time came for the American national anthem, American patriots left it to their job. If this doesn't give you goosebumps, I don't know what to do.
As a proud American, it was awe-inspiring to hear tens of thousands of fans bring out “star-spewing banners” all at once.
