Many Americans may be worried about flying given some of the recent travel news.
There are travelers who are always worried about boarding an aircraft.
Brian Morris of Salt Lake City, Utah created “Flight Deck: Fear of Flashcards” to create and share tips used by nervous flyers during the takeoff procedure.

Morris shared the video on Tiktok, tapped while some uneasy flyers had sides of the plane and asked others to share their rituals.
“There are many rituals we've heard in the 'Fear of Flying' group,” Morris told Fox News Digital.

His video elicited comments from many other nervous travelers about flight anxiety.
“I always put my right hand on the plane, [it] First on your right foot [saying]”Bless this flight,” as I would. I've been doing it for years,” one user said.
Another flyer said, “I have to tap. The flight attendants thanked us for keeping us all safe.”

Another user said, “100% of the time I touch the right side of the door whenever I enter.”
“I like to bring a blanket with me every time I fly,” added another.
Tiktoker commented, “I always kiss my hands and touch the plane when I touch the plane.”

“One is to raise your legs while you're flying,” Morris said.
“Some people make it lighter and prevent it from crashing, and of course there are people who pray. [while others] “Thank you” tap on the overhead luggage compartment as they land. Some have the lucky clothes they wear. ”

“I like to think that weekly flights provide me with a healthy reminder of my mortality rate and who is in control,” Brullette said. “I've seen a lot of people clutch and cross rosary beads before the flight.”
He added, “I've certainly seen people tap on planes while on board.”

Others have pre-flight drinks. Please call or call your spouse or parent just before takeoff. Or, for good luck, raise your feet during takeoff and landing.
