A Colorado man became creative in Louisiana and used air compression cannons in a failed bid to fire drugs and cigarettes on federal prison premises.
Jose Francisco Herrera Munoz, 18, and Angel Gonzalez Gutierrez, 19, used air cannons to make $89,500 methamphetamine over the fence with $112,000 worth of cigarettes and $89,500 methamphetamine. I attacked.
