The Alabama high school soccer coach was arrested for allegedly inappropriate relationships with students.
According to FOX10, Clark County High School coach Robert Carter was arrested in Niceville, Florida after a traffic stop. He is said to have fled Alabama during the investigation.
Carter, 55, was arrested for 11 counts and is being held at Okaloosa County Jail on a $122,000 bond.
The fees include four counts of school employees engaged in sexual activity with students, four counts that distribute or solicit indecent material from students, and three counts that solicit sexual activity with students.

Before his arrest, Clark County Schools placed him on administrative leave.
“As a leader in Clark County schools, I look forward to professionalism and integrity from my faculty and staff,” Clark County School Principal Ashley Flowers I said in the release.

Carter became a school coach in 2023, making it 15-10 in two seasons. He was previously head coach at Beauregard High School, winning the state title in 2016 and coaching at Sillacouga in 2021 and 2022.
