Judge Denies Associated Press Emergency Motion to Restore White House Access

On Monday, a federal judge rejected an emergency motion from the Associated Press (AP) to restore access to the White House Pool pool pool pool event.

The Associated Press motioned in a lawsuit filed against three White House officials in Washington, claiming that the administration's moves violate the First Amendment.

US District Judge Trevor McFadden, appointed by President Donald Trump in his first administration, denied an emergency motion from the Associated Press, but ordered a court to take a quick look at the matter.

“As I said from the beginning, asking the President of the United States an oval office and Air Force questions is not a legal right, but a privilege granted to journalists, a statement from the White House reads. We support the decision to hold fake news accountable for their lies, and President Trump continues to give unprecedented levels of access to the press, the most transparent administration in history is.”

The White House continues to use the “Gulf of Mexico” despite Trump's executive order, which has been renamed “American Gulf” waters that spurred most other news publications and map services. Regarding service decisions, we began blocking AP reporters from the oval office to make changes.

The Trump administration later extended the ban on Associated Press to Air Force 1, where news agencies had long-lasting permanent seats.

The AP argues that Trump's removal of access to certain White House events constitutes a violation of free speech.

“The press and all people in the United States have the right to choose their own words and will not be retaliated by the government.”

The White House has significantly expanded access to journalists and has created a “new media sheet” for reporters who have previously denied access by the White House Correspondents Association.

Breitbart News Washington Director Matt Boyle sat in his seat during the first briefing of White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt. Boyle asked questions at the new Trump administration's second press conference.
