Police found blood on the railing at the homes of four Idaho student murder victims and others.
The sample came from two unidentified but different men. Prosecutors say these samples should not appear in court if the defense argues that the mysterious man suggested that he murdered an undergraduate student rather than the accused.

Kohberger is accused of killing four University of Idaho students in a six-bedroom home on King Road right from campus. The victims were known to host the parties, some of which resulted in police calls and bodycam videos.
They were three housemates – Madison Morgen (21, Kayley Goncalves, 21) and 20 Zana Carnordal and Sigma Chi's fraternity home, about 200 yards. I was away, but I was spending the night. All four were killed by multiple stab wounds.

Investigators argue that unidentified blood samples from the two unknown men are less important than the sheath of a knife found under Morgen's body. Prosecutors allege it had Coberger's DNA on the snap. She was killed next to Goncalves.

Boise-based defense attorney Edwina Elcox has followed the case, but predicted that the defense would use the evidence to “murse the water” and try to show reasonable doubts at trial. .
Kohberger's highly anticipated trial is scheduled to begin on August 11th.
If convicted, he could face death penalty.
