DOD Chief Pete Hegseth Does Not Rule Out Strikes on Fentanyl Labs in Mexico

Defense Secretary Pete Hegses has not ruled out military strikes at Mexico's Fentanyl Institute, he said in a recent interview with Fox News' Laura Ingraham.

“Everything is on the table. The commander will ultimately make those decisions, along with my consultations and discussions with the Chairman and others. But there is nothing from the table. Our sovereignty will be defended,” Hegses said.

His message to the cartel states: We will do whatever it takes to secure America's homeland, maintain sovereignty and protect the American people. ”

Hegus made his remarks this week when he visited Guantanamo Bay. President Donald Trump allowed the military to temporarily detain illegal aliens crossing the US tropical border before sending them back.

The base has been used for decades as a resident for immigrants and asylum seekers, in addition to detention facilities for 9/11 terrorist suspects such as Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. The facility for illegal aliens and terrorist suspects is 50 yards apart.

Currently there are 30,000 beds on the base due to illegal aliens, but currently only about 25 are held there. Last week, the base owned 178 illegal immigrants, but 177 were sent to Venezuela last week.

Washington Post Recently, I returned from Guantanamo and published a report citing illegal aliens who claimed that they were not criminal offenders but were detained in inhumane conditions, such as a room without bathrooms and without windows, and held in solitary confinement.

Fox News was given a tour of the immigration operations centre and rooms where detainees were held. The rooms each had 6-8 bunk beds, windows, fans, air conditioning, fridge and separate bathrooms.

Hegseth asked for his response post'S's report said, “The article was bs. That's exactly what the “first American” crowd always does. [to] We mischaracterize our efforts to impose the president of the US and his efforts to secure Americans. This idea that people are being abused is absolute trash. ”

Asked about lawyers who advocate more legal rights for immigration, Heggs said, “My job as Secretary of Defense is not to worry about what lawyers are claiming. I have my own set of lawyers to give us legal parameters, and we are totally mad at the law.”
