Anti-Israel protesters arrested during protests at NYC’s Barnard College

More protests erupted at Bernard University in New York City on Thursday after a group of more than 50 anti-Israeli agitators took over the campus building the day before.

The NYPD made several arrests after the protests reignited, and about 100 anti-Israel demonstrators gathered in front of Bernard's entrance, again wearing masks and kefiers and chanting “Free Palestine.”

Tensions rose and became even more confusing as protesters marched from Bernard to the City College campus in Knee.

Protesters heard criticism of Hochul and the “NYPD KKK” and violated police barricades and tried to get closer to the officer's faces.

“The Pro-Hamas mob has no place on the university campus. Bernard College and Columbia University must end the anti-Semitism turmoil on campus.”

Robin Levine, Barnard's vice president of strategic communications, confirmed that the teacher was injured and sent to the hospital during the protest Wednesday, but did not provide details.

“They encouraged others to enter campus without identification and showed a blatant disregard for the safety of our community,” Levine said in a previous statement.

The school warned that if students do not leave by 9:30pm, authorities will be forced to obtain “additional necessary measures to protect campus.”
