Senior aide to former President Joe Biden admitted that the administration was “gaslighting” Americans when he repeatedly refused to acknowledge concerns about Biden's age and ability.

Michael Larosa, a former White House aide and longtime First Lady Jill Biden press secretary, admitted that the campaign recognized the age of 81 from “first day” was a concern.

“It's a little harder and a little tougher to hide me. Every politician, every person, every person, everyone, they try to hide their age. From day one, we knew that age was the issue,” LaRosa said Wednesday at the Institute of Science at the American University Seminar.

Larosa said the Biden campaign was scared to leave him alone from behind.
“The president's team was scared of improvisation, scripted, immature, unskilled, unchanging, anything, not chanted,” he said.
“They couldn't do that. They had no idea. And they had no Biden or a ship. He loves television. He loves to do things. It was on track that he didn't trust his candidate.”
“Biden needed the press. When he needed them the most, they didn't trust him, they gave him the back of doubt, they gasped their feet and never took it off. And he was politically dead.”
