The New Jersey High School wrestling star won the regional title on Saturday following the judge's decision to overturn his disqualification over a fight in the stands at last week's district tournament.
Anthony Knox of St. John Vianney High School in Holmdel was given a Go-Ard to wrestler at the 126-pound competition held at Lacey High School on Friday night. The judge disqualified the Inter-Jersey Scholastic Athletics Association (NJSIAA) after Knox was caught up in a brawl in the stands during a district tournament.

The brawl was involved with his father, Anthony Sr. Both Knox men were seen in handcuffs after the incident.
Cornell Commit defeated Lacey's Aidan Flynn to win the title.
Knox is currently on his way to win his fourth state title at the NJSIAA Wrestling Championships in Atlantic City this weekend. The NJSIAA requested a stay in the judge's decision.

Lancers head coach Chris Notte praised Knox for his ability to focus on winning his game on Friday despite all the drama around him.
“He wasn't nervous at all, he was the same Anthony Knox.” Told to NJ.com. “He had the same killer instinct and sparkle in his eyes. He went out, worked and went home with good sportsmanship.”
