President Donald Trump has called the US “a lot longer” and “will not hold back” the anti-public rhetoric of Ukrainian President Voldymir Zelensky.
Trump tackled the true society after the Associated Press It has been reported On Monday, Zelensky said the peace between Russia and Ukraine is “still very, very far away.”
“This is the worst statement that could have been made by Zelenskyy, and America will not hold back much longer!” Trump wrote, sharing the image of the AP's headline.
“That's what I was saying. This guy doesn't want peace as long as he has American support,” Trump added before zoning over the weekend to a meeting between Zelensky and European leaders.
“Europe said in a meeting with Zelenskyy that they could not work without the US. It was probably not a big statement that it was made in terms of a show of strength against Russia. What are they thinking?” he wrote.
Trump and Zelensky were hoping for a mineral trade that never happened at the White House on Friday, with what appears to be a positive day.
Before the private lunch was held, Zelensky, Trump and Vice President JD Vance spoke to the press in their oval office. Due to Zelensky's attitude, these lectures in the oval office were delegated prior to the planned private meeting. At one point, Zelensky called Vance “JD,” “what diplomacy.”
“I'm talking about diplomacy that will end the destruction of your country,” Vance said as Zelensky interrupted him.
Trump was also lit by Zelensky as the Ukrainian president became bold before the media.
“You don't have cards now. With us, you start to have cards, but now… you're living and gambling for millions of people. You're gambling with World War II. You're gambling with World War II,” Trump told Zelensky.
Vance and Trump both told Zelensky that he was acting in a “disrespectful” way.
Trump felt that Zelensky was not ready for negotiations following the debate in the oval office, Semaphore's Shelby Talcott reported, and White House officials later confirmed to Breitbart News.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio and national security adviser Mike Waltz “informed Zelensky that he was asked to leave, and negotiations are over that day,” Talcott noted.
This follows Trump's true social post, in which he wrote that Zelensky decided that “if America was involved, we would not be ready for peace.”
“He can come back when peace is ready,” Trump said.
