Karine Jean-Pierre dodges on whether Biden could have beaten Trump

Former White House press secretary Carine Jean Pierre avoided when asked by “views” whether former President Biden had beaten President Donald Trump if he stayed in the 2024 race.

Co-host Alyssa Farrah Griffin referenced how Gene Pierre described his sudden democratic opposition to Biden after his rough debate performance as a “dismissal squad” at a Harvard University Political Institute event on Wednesday.

Griffin said, “Do you think Joe Biden would have won if he were staying? Do you think Kamala Harris would have had a better shot if he had more time?”

“I was asked, I answered it honestly, and how did I feel at this point, I went to the podium almost every day after it happened, and it was shocking what I saw. But I also, I can't really guess.

Jean Pierre's bristling when pushed by past “democracy” warnings: “Don't thank me for the twisting of my words.”

Jean Pierre pivots at Trump, emphasizing that she doesn't want to look backwards, saying that the country is on “five alarm fires” under his president.

Griffin also tried to ask Jean Pierre if he could access a vote that would indicate Biden has “lost all swing states.”

“The ship sailed,” cried liberal co-host Joy Bear.

Jean Pierre denied that she had made real contact with the Biden campaign as a spokesman. She also didn't answer Griffin's questions about whether Harris performed better if he had more time.

“It's important. You can't flip our arms around Trump when it matters,” Griffin added.

Jean Pierre made his first comment to the former boss since taking office during an event at Harvard University, lamenting that Democrats effectively kicked out Biden.

“I think the hardest thing to see in three weeks is that for me there was an amputation. [in] I said what was going on with the Democratic leadership and, as my former colleague, Coach Ben Labolt, said, it was a shooting squad,” Jean Pierre said.

“I had never seen anything like that before. I had never seen a party do it like they would, and it was hurtful and sad to see it happening,” Jean-Pierre added. “Fires around people who believe I am a true patriot, people who think I have done everything I can for this country. As mentioned earlier, people I believe have done more terms than most presidents did historical things in two terms, and I was shocked to see what I was looking.”
