A brawl exploded at a court hearing for a suspect murderer on Long Island on Monday as audiences began screaming, causing at least six officers to drive him away.
The violent incidents continued when a Nassau County judge ordered a suspect in a second murder, Jeremias Felfino Rodriguez, 18, held without bail. NBC4 reported.
Ferfino Rodriguez fatally shot 19-year-old Jefferson Mancia Fernandez as part of the beef hemp hemp hemp on Saturday, near his home, at a busy hemp crossing. County officials said.
Shortly after Ferfino Rodriguez was told by the judge that he would be held without bail, the young man in the courtroom repeatedly began screaming, “Come on your head!” According to the outlet, to the defendant.
Officials said the audience appears to be relatives of the suspect.
New York court officials began to remove supporters in violent conflict.
The unruly audience was eventually dragged out of court and charged with lightly emptying, disorderly conduct and resistance to arrest.
Slay's victim, Mancia Fernandez, was helping his mother move between apartments when it was said that Ferfino Rodriguez rose to his car and killed him, Newsday reported.
“These two individuals knew each other. This was a targeted event,” said Colonel Stephen Fitzpatrick, the captain of the Nassau Murder.
“It appears there was some friction between them from the neighborhood and on that particular day they went to the same place at the same time.”
