Homeland Security Secretary Christa Noem said Tuesday that the migrant and customs enforcement attacks continue to be hampered by leaks.
Last week, NOEM declared that DHS had identified some individuals who reportedly vented the planned operation to the public.
“We are not blocked by leaks.”
So far, the leaks have undermined the attacks in Aurora, Colorado and the operations involving ICE in Los Angeles, California.
Noem previously said he had reason to believe the person in charge was with the FBI, calling the agency “corruption.”
She told Fox News' Sean Hannity last week, “I found some leaks. We're continuing to get more. They're fired. There's a consequence.
It was unclear whether the identified individuals were in the FBI.
Noem provided an update Tuesday, celebrating the work of law enforcement officials in recent operations in northern Virginia.

Over the weekend, immigrant insiders released reports showing ICE planned an attack in the area on Monday and Tuesday, noting that the agency has secured up to 100 warrants.

Noem said the operation was successful despite the outlet sharing information with the public about the planned attack.
